I remember Aunt Erika taking me to Karstadt when I was 11 years old. I was enamoured by her style and grace. She was beautiful, loving, poised and always looked fabulous. That was Aunt Erika. Just last year, and despite her ongoing health battles, Aunt Erika still looked fabulous, still displayed her infectious laugh, and still reminded me that no matter what life throws at you, you can face it with style and class.
